Who we are
LocalFinder LLC (“LocalFinder”, “we”) is a local marketing agency located at 12 S Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105, USA. We provide AI-assisted marketing services to contracted small-business clients, including website content, local search optimization, and management of business profiles on behalf of our clients. Information we collect
(a) Information our clients provide when engaging our services: business details, contact information, service descriptions, and content approvals. (b) Information collected through our client dashboard: account email, login activity, and actions taken in the dashboard. (c) Website analytics on localfinder.biz: standard, aggregated usage data. We do not sell personal information.
Google user data
Some of our services access Google APIs (such as the Google Business Profile API) on behalf of clients who have explicitly granted us access to their business accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we access Google data solely to provide the profile-management services our clients have contracted (publishing client-approved posts, responding to reviews with human oversight, and retrieving performance insights for client reporting); we do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide these services; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with client authorization, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
How we use information
To deliver contracted services, report results to each client, secure and improve our platform, and communicate with clients about their account.
Data retention
Client business data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted or anonymized upon termination, except where retention is required by law. Clients may request deletion at any time at thomas@localfinder.biz.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under agreements consistent with this policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Security
Access to client data is limited to authorized personnel, protected by authentication, and logged.
Your rights
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA by contacting thomas@localfinder.biz.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
