Terms of Service

1. Who we are
LocalFinder LLC, 12 S Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105, USA (“LocalFinder”). These terms govern the use of localfinder.biz and our client dashboard at app.localfinder.biz.
2. Services
LocalFinder provides AI-assisted local marketing services to contracted business clients, including content creation, website management, local search optimization, community lead monitoring, and management of third-party business profiles (such as Google Business Profile) on the client’s behalf and with the client’s authorization. Specific services, deliverables, and fees are defined in each client’s service agreement.
3. Accounts
Dashboard access is granted to authorized client users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Client content and approvals
Content published through our platform on a client’s website or business profiles is either created by the client or reviewed and approved through the client’s designated approval process. Clients retain ownership of their business content; LocalFinder retains ownership of its platform, software, and methods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other clients’ data, publish unlawful content, or use the services to violate third-party platform policies (including Google’s).
6. Third-party services
Our services interact with third-party platforms (Google, social networks, hosting providers). Those platforms’ own terms apply to your accounts with them; LocalFinder is not responsible for third-party platform decisions.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” Marketing outcomes (rankings, leads, revenue) depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalFinder’s aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate per the client service agreement. Upon termination, dashboard access ends and client data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue: Los Angeles County, CA.
